Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Email subscriptions@islabusiness.com at least five days before your next renewal. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

Take a starting snapshot before you post. On each platform, open its insights page (Meta Business Suite for Facebook, the professional dashboard for Instagram, Analytics for Pinterest and TikTok) and take a screenshot of your numbers for the last 7 to 30 days. Save each screenshot with the platform name and the date in the file name, such as Facebook-start-2026-10-08, and keep them together in one folder on your phone or computer. Menu names can vary slightly, and some platforms need a business or professional account to show insights.

What to capture: followers, reach or impressions (how many people saw your posts), engagement (likes, comments, shares and saves), profile or page visits, and clicks or messages from your posts.

When to check again: take new screenshots after 7 days, 15 days and 30 days of posting, saved with the new date, such as Facebook-day7-2026-10-15. Then compare each one with your starting snapshot. At 7 days the numbers are often small, because platforms need time to learn who your posts are for, so look at the direction over time and not at one post. Pinterest in particular tends to build more slowly.

What to do with it: note which topics got the most saves, shares and comments, and post more like them. We do not guarantee specific results, but tracking shows you what is working for your business.

Posting is only half the work. Social platforms generally show your content to more people when others react to it, and comments, shares and saves usually count for more than likes. Engagement is also how followers turn into customers: someone who comments or messages you is much closer to booking or buying.

Simple habits that help: reply to every genuine comment and message, ideally within a day; ask a question in your own words when you post; thank people who share or tag you; and spend a few minutes each day liking and commenting on posts from nearby businesses and customers. Replying and responding to booking questions is part of our posting instructions for every pack.

It is tempting, but it works against you. When people see the same image and words again and again, they recognize it and keep scrolling. Changing only a date or a price does not make a post look new, so it does not make anyone stop and look. Social platforms also tend to favor fresh content, and they can show repeated or copied posts to fewer people. Posting the same thing across many groups can even be treated as spam.

What works better: post a different topic, image and caption each time, which is exactly what a content pack gives you, with a new topic for every post. If one post does very well, you can bring the idea back after a few weeks, but give it a new image, a new first line and a new angle. On Pinterest, new pins for the same page usually work better than uploading the identical pin again. Your insights screenshots will show you which topics deserve a second look.

Yes. Each pack includes one round of changes, requested within 3 business days of delivery. This covers text fixes, logo placement and swapping a photo. Requests beyond one round, or brand-new topics, are handled as a separate request.

Because packs are custom-made and delivered digitally, payments are not refundable once a pack has been delivered. If there is a problem with your pack, we will fix it. If your subscription is activated and we have not yet started work on your first pack, contact us and we will review a refund request.

Your next pack is made only after your renewal payment clears. If a payment fails, delivery is paused until it is resolved.

Our graphics are created with the help of design and AI tools. You receive the right to use your pack for your own business marketing. We keep the right to show examples of our work in our portfolio, and you can ask us not to by emailing info@islabusiness.com.

Blurry or very small logos and photos can limit how good your graphics look. If your files are not suitable, we may ask you for better ones, and your first-pack timing starts once we have everything we need.

You do. Please check prices, hours, offers and any claims in your pack before you post, because you know your business best. Tell us within your change window if anything needs fixing.

No. We deliver content for you to post. We do not guarantee specific results such as followers, sales or bookings, because those depend on many things outside our control.
